The practical implementation of Quranic teachings is the core of Islamic culture. Throughout history, colonialism and imperialism have continuously obstructed the path of this Divine culture, attempting to replace it with harmful cultural influences through various schemes. In the present era, the efforts of non-divine (non-Islamic) forces are so organized that Islamic society, to a significant extent, finds itself entangled in their web, often against its will. Addressing these circumstances at a personal level and fulfilling responsibilities in this area is a critical demand of today’s times.

To promote Islamic culture in society, a Department of Culture has been established. This department is responsible for a variety of initiatives, including significant programs focused on environmental design. Under the banner of Karbala Reflections, the depictions of scholars and martyrs are beautifully presented in Roza-e-Sadaat. A new form of mourning and commemoration, known as Ghuncha-Zani, has been introduced in Pakistan. Full cooperation in the infusion of Islamic culture is encouraged through central and regional programs organized by national institutions.
