Department of Qom
Student Department Establishment
Academic Expansion Overseas
A few years after the establishment of Jamia Baqsaat, graduates moved towards Qom Al-Muqadasa and Najaf Ashraf for higher education. Gradually, the number exceeded 100, leading to the decision to formally establish a department in Qom. This department organizes and manages busy students through elected department heads. Various branches function under this department, such as education, welfare, media, public relations, unity, and preaching. Through these branches, students are provided courses tailored to Pakistan’s needs, and classes are conducted on various subjects. Economic assistance is provided to students facing financial difficulties, and listings and sessions are organized for missionary services in Pakistan’s different regions by compiling and arranging students from Baqsaat and abroad.
Under the banner “Message of Baqsaat,” scholars and students from Qom are actively fulfilling their responsibilities in the field of media. The Department of Unity and Harmony is working in Qom Al-Muqadasa to foster coordination between students’ organizations from various regions of Pakistan, religious communities, and institutions. Additionally, social and recreational programs are organized to strengthen relationships among students.
Model School in Qom
Innovative Educational Integration
In 2021, upon the recommendation of the Qom Department of Supervision, the Bait-ul-Ilm Trust decided to establish its branch under the umbrella of the Jamia-tul-Mustafa International in Qom al-Muqaddas, intending to create a model school by amalgamating the experiences of seminaries. This initiative was aimed at simplifying the admission process for non-religious students in Pakistan to save time efficiently.
The curriculum at this school includes the study of jurisprudence and religious knowledge, along with providing students with various skills and organizing insightful study tours for them. Modern teaching methods have been adopted, allowing students to use Mind Mapping Software or mental mapping software under instructor supervision to summarize their lessons in a structured format on laptops. Afterward, they present their work before the instructor for discussion. This method enables students to begin with an easy and concise book on a subject, conclude it at the level of expertise, and then proceed to the next subject in a similar sequence.
